Managing Director Steve Kent has over 25 years of experience with utility companies, manufacturers and suppliers on a world wide basis giving PESL a unique insight into customer needs and expectations. The company places great emphasis on product quality and customer service and maintains extensive stocks of most products to ensure immediate dispatch.

Design
The majority of PESL's products have been designed in-house to ensure that they meet, or exceed, the customer requirements. In addition the in-house design team also undertake design and development work for pipe manufactures and end-users.

Product Testing
All products are thoroughly tested to ensure that they are fit for purpose and that they meet, or exceed, the demands of the customer.

Customer Service
The company places great emphasis on, and commitment to, providing our customers with the best possible service.

Customers
The company's customers include utility companies, pipe manufactures and contractors and are supplied either directly, or through distributors in the UK and overseas.

Export sales are handled by our experienced export sales team who are familiar with export procedures and documentation and who have built up excellent relationships with reliably and cost effective shipping companies.

Stock and Supply
The company aims to dispatch most orders the day they receive them, thus they carry extensive stocks of all common items and can organise a next day delivery service to most areas of the world.
